Sims Not in Household wearing paper bag on head

Product: The Sims 4 Platform:Mac Which language are you playing the game in? English How often does the bug occur? Occasionally (10% - 49%) What is your current game version number? 1.68.154.1220...

@rcoop1996 This is due to an NAP called Wear paper bags or something

Is that active in your neighborhood ? If so, just repeal it.

    Thanks for help, tried to repeal. Also went to games options on my PS4 and disabled in game pack options, all to no avail,
