Sims still fist fighting and brawling on outings and gatherings!!

I have had enough!  This has been going on for the longest time.  When there was a community brawl event, I have always refused it.  My sims have been stuck in fighting mode in forever.  I had a rest...

Seconding that this sounds like the Roughhousing NAP. Note that I believe this can happen if you’re in a neighborhood with it enabled OR if a sim currently on the lot (and likely involved in a fight) lives in a neighborhood where it’s enabled.
