When was the last time your game updated? The current console version is, Version1.42
I have similar issues with my PS4 game & it is on the current version. Loading into my save takes anywhere from 8-17 minutes. I've not had any recent CAS missing images though they do sometimes take far longer than expected to render. I also have a slew of other bugs that in some cases have been broken for longer than a year, which I find exhausting.
@Amalathea I get automatic updates. I checked and it says I have the latest update installed.
