My sims paintings are blank after getting finished and I can’t sell them or do much except copy, abandon or look at the painting. This is so frustraiting. Also if my sims are about to get a promotion at work they immediately return home and get the promotion after being sent to work. Not to mention the trash bug.

With the painting issue, are they blank straightaway after your sim paints it?
If they are and you use mods/cc,try moving the whole mods folder to another place, delete the localthumbcache.package and then test to see if the issue remains without mods/cc there.
Thanks! The painting is blank through the whole act of painting and then the finished painting is also blank, I don’t use any mods or cc :(
Try resetting your sims 4 folder, and testing in a new save game without putting back any of your data in the sims 4 folder and see if the issue remains.

I was having whole lots be blank in every world. I ended up saving my household and sims to my library and starting a new game... still having blank paintings.
