Solved, thanks!

Recently bought the Sims 4 bundle with the main game and Cats & Dogs expansion pack, the main game downloaded with the code fine but for some reason the C&D code says its not valid?

    Where did you buy the game?


    Make sure you typed the code right. The following letters look very similar and are easily mistaken for each other

    • 0, O and D
    • 8 and B
    • Z and 2

    You can try to redeem that code from Origin <My Library <Add new game!  Works for me 🙂

    I bought it from Argos brand new, I checked over it several times but it still won't work ☹️

    I'm starting to think I've gotten a faulty code (Just my luck XD )

    Okay so you got it in a box? And it was sealed?

    Contact Argo first, and if they do not help you, contact EA 🙂


    Go here to contact EA support: https://help.ea.com/en/contact-us/new/

    • In the upper right corner, choose your region. If it's not there, choose US or UK.
    • Choose a game. For help with an account issue, choose Origin
    • Choose your platform
    • Choose topic and issue to give EA details.
    • Click Select contact option, and hopefully, you get in touch with someone fast!
