You still can only own one home so you can not build a "vacation" home but a regular home.

Totally disappointing, I thought it would be more like Sims three, where they had the world where you could build vacation homes plus own ur own home. Totally disappointed, I was so happy after being so disappointed with this Star Wars pack! Worst pack  ever. Oh well, I shouldn’t be surprised I guess.
