Similar to the treats when you first use them you learn to make/buy more.
@jpkarlsen That makes sense; I did use the Hassle Free Fertilizer. But it doesn't explain why the Super option disappeared. In my game, it's similar how I used to see CL festivals in the calendar beforehand, and now they don't show up until they start. Things just disappear.
