Swatches of base-game clothing listed as part of expansion packs in Gallery

Product: The Sims 4
Platform:PC
Which language are you playing the game in? English
How often does the bug occur? Every time (100%)
What is your current game version number? 1.91.205.1020
What expansions, game packs, and stuff packs do you have installed? All expansions other than High School Years; all game packs other than Werewolves, My Wedding Stories, and Journey to Batuu; all Stuff Packs
Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? Enter Create-a-Sim and remove all clothes/hair/make-up/accessories from a test Sim. Use the knit cap and pants with the color swatches in the first two screenshots. (N.B. These are not the only clothes or swatches causing this bug, but I have not scrubbed through all base-game clothing to find others.) Save to your Gallery and check which packs have been used.
What happens when the bug occurs? The Gallery listing erroneously lists the use of the Get to Work and Dine Out packs for the cap and pants. When using the first swatch for each item and saving to the Gallery, it is correctly listed as not using pack specific content. (I also tried the light tan swatch for the pants, which also causes the incorrect listing.)
What do you expect to see? Base-game clothing should not be flagged as pack specific regardless of the swatch used.
Have you installed any customization with the game, e.g. Custom Content or Mods? Not now. I've removed them.
Did this issue appear after a specific patch or change you made to your system? Neutral/Not Sure

I noticed this while creating base-game-only versions of households for the online Gallery. There are other clothes and swatches causing this issue, like mentioned above, but this was a little while back and I didn't note which clothes/swatches were to blame before removing them from the Gallery listing. It seems to be an issue with new swatches that were added in a recent update, but without checking all the clothes I can't confirm that. I had to disable the packs to find out which clothes were causing the issue, so it is a bit of a pain to diagnose.
