    @Siluial 

    It sounds like you inadvertently created a room when you installed the fence and the concrete area is a floor, not terrain.  So try clicking on the concrete area and see if you get the option to delete it.  You will probably have to replace what you had though since the floor tiles you had there will probably be gone.

    If you would like someone to look at it, you can upload the lot to the Gallery and I or another helper will take a look at it.  Just let us know if you want to do that by posting here

@CGrant56 The more the merrier! Seriously, though, I was trying to think of how to describe the method you outlined and couldn't put it as succinctly as you have managed to do. So, I just settled on "sledgehammer go boom!"
