The sims 4: For rent- Crashing When trying to buy rental lot

I play on console So I built a whole residential rental, no mods. Every single time I try to have a sim purchase the lot so I can play as a landlord my game crashes. I have no issues running the oth...

@JJFFNJ  When does the game crash: when it's loading, or when you try to do something specific in-game?  Do you see an error message?  If so, please post a screenshot.
