The Sims 4 won’t load into gameplay instead it goes outta the game

Hello, once I load my game and click onto my saved sims the game starts to load and load and than it goes completely outta the game. So, I thought it was a mod that was broken did that but did the same thing so I turned my mods off tried to play still won’t go through i uninstall the game everything still not working. I say it has something to do with the latest game update. Because I had no problems before but now 

gameplay issue

    @Bluefoxroses Are you using resume to load your save ? If so, have you tried if it loads if you use the load button instead ?

    Also if you start a new save for testing purposes, does that load ?

    Nothing had worked even if I make a new sims. It would just go out the game

    Try the following

    • Close the game
    • Rename Documents\Electronic Arts\The Sims 4 to Documents\Electronic Arts\The Sims 4_Old
    • Repair the game
    • Start the game. All your content will be gone now as the game created a new folder. All your saves/.. is still in the old folder so not to worry
    • Start a new save game
    • Check if you still have the error
    • Report back with your results for further steps on how to get your stuff back.
