Sashinka82This happened to me once recently (teen to elder) and I was shocked but I adapted my story. If you want to preserve yours, you have the option to use cheats.
* Before you do this, note that if you've changed Aspirations since you started it's possible this will replace the relevant Traits. For example, if your Sim started with a Knowledge Aspiration (the Quick Learner Trait), and you've changed to a Nature Aspiration (the Collector Trait), it's possible Quick Learner is replaced with Collector when you Modify in CAS. I'll note how to fix this within the steps below.
- On a PC, press Ctrl + Shift + C at the same time to open the cheat command at the top of your screen.
- Type testingcheats on into the cheat command. Press Enter.
- Type cas.fulleditmode into the cheat command. Press Enter.
- Press Shift + Left Click on your Sim at the same time to open the cheat menu.
- Press Modify in CAS. You'll now be able to freely change age in CAS. You'll also want to check if your Aspiration Trait has changed. If it has, just change it back to what you had at the start. Press the Done checkmark to save.
If you want, you can then turn cheats off:
- Press Ctrl + Shift + C at the same time to open the cheat command at the top of your screen.
- Type testingcheats off into the cheat command. Press Enter.
- You can now change your Aspiration without affecting your Aspiration Trait.
