unable to bulldoze lot. after downloading

I downloaded a retail lot from the gallery. a sim went their and i could never use that sim after he went there. I tried to bulldoze the lot, tried using the sledge hammer. I built this save myself s...

I'm not sure how to do that. I tried choose file. It said it is unsupported file.
