unable to bulldoze lot. after downloading

I downloaded a retail lot from the gallery. a sim went their and i could never use that sim after he went there. I tried to bulldoze the lot, tried using the sledge hammer. I built this save myself s...

I got the sim working now. I'll just play the game minus that lot. I put a lot of work in this save and still have more to do. I don't want to lose it. The save was blank when I started.

    @el1090 There's usually a way to solve it but the link you sent me was private. If you make it public (only folks with the link will see it = me), I can take a look if I can find a way :D
