unable to bulldoze lot. after downloading

I downloaded a retail lot from the gallery. a sim went their and i could never use that sim after he went there. I tried to bulldoze the lot, tried using the sledge hammer. I built this save myself s...

@el1090 Happy to hear.

I would recommend trying out new lots from the gallery in a new save before putting them in your legacy one.

There are quite a few that are broken.
