Unable to use terrain slider in UI for PS4
I know others have asked similar questions but I can't find this specific answer. I need to figure out how to use the toggle in the UI to raise terrain to a specific level.
I have watched dozens of tutorials regarding raising and lowering terrain in build mode and want to create an elevated front yard with a walk out basement in the rear using a flush sidewalk and garden walls in front at the edge of the lot. I've tried buiding the basement, using an extended platform etc. to raise the front yard's terrain but when I try to flatten to height or raise the ground level the lot flattens to the original level. The square button toggle between the UI controls doesn't allow me to change the height I want to raise the ground to so I can then build the sidewalk and stairs, etc. I tried raising and smoothing the lawn but don't want to have to use rocks or other tricks to hide the ugly gaps between the walls or sidewalk and the elevated grass.
Which keys on the PS4 controller allow me to create an elevated lawn at a platform height and adjust the height that the ground will flatten to so I can just build my 'ground level' on the second floor? I can navigate through the UI but can't seem to manage this last step. I'm attaching an image of what I'm trying to accomplish. Once I've reached the terrain slider, which buttons allow me to change the height since we don't use a mouse or clicker in the PS4? Thanks for the help.
P.S. I know I will need to use landscaping around the back and sides and at the 'foundation' but want a flat lawn and sidewalk area.
- @KirbyJayN I solved this. LB and RB buttons. I miss proper game manuals. Thanks.
