Hi! I'm so sorry, you gaven't gotten an answer before now. @rosemow are you around? Any ideas?
I know you said you used the sledgehammer tool but, did you try bulldozing the lot and the terrain? Also, have you tried placing the lot on a different piece of property? I don't have ROM but, I was able to place the lot in Newcrest.
