Ah, OK, thanks. I knew the game does cull sims but it's never happened this quickly before. I counted 35 culled in the 2 week period. I've just counted my sims and there are 673, not including any hidden households. So I guess (if the max before the game culls is 670 as google suggests), the new pack has probably just tipped my sim count over the max.
I think the latest was 800 but depending on how many you have hidden, maybe it was even over that.
OK, I don't think I could have that many hidden households, but I'll delete some more households and see what happens. Thanks.
Do let me know if they keep disappearing even with less Sims. UI Extension shouldn't be responsible for this but if it continues to happen, please do a clean user folder and test a backup of your save on that.
