How do I improve the ambience of my vet clinic?

i think putting items with an environment rating is probably the biggest factor, and higher environment ratings are more effective. Focus on the areas where your customers spend time. Also, if it got messy in customer space, like if a pet was super sick. that probably brings ambience down, but havent played that lot type in a while so just a suggestion to test. You can set a vet assistant’s assignment so they only clean up, i think.
Tip: Check your inventory for items with environment scores: 🎶small sculptures and space rocks and snow globes, oh my! 🎵 (‘oh my’?? 😱 Oh...my. i am deeply ashamed. 😔 im clearly done for the night. 🙄
@HayesKerr, @Cloclo17fleur , and @suzushka also make sure that if you have any fish in the tank or the fish bowl that they are not spoiled in quality, as that will quickly make your room give uncomfortable moodlets! 🤨
