What is the purpose of "Affirmation Healing"?

I completed the Lady Ravendancer tarot deck, and one of the options is "Affirmation Healing", but it doesn't appear to do anything. Am I missing something? I have googled and found nothing.

    Hey there gertie47​ 

    Afirmation Healing will boost a Sims positive mood by removing a negative moodlet- if your Sim is already happy and doesn't have any negative moodlets, you won't see a boost.

    Awesome! My sim is a spellcaster, so I always have her overdosed on potions that make her needs full and happy, so this would be why I saw no changes :)
