When loading into Sims4 Startup
When loading Sims4 when you reach the main menu, sims4 brings up screen of latest content add on. If you try to click past and start Sims 4, screen goes grey but still animates. Nothing else occurs...
I also experience the same issue, but if I press the purchase button instead of closing the window with the × button, I can avoid the problem of the button turning gray.
It's not a fundamental solution, but it’s a much smaller hassle compared to having to restart the entire game.
