Where to buy the ring for proposal in Sims 4 Wedding Pack?!

Hi! So my sims have a full romantic relationship but cannot propose to one another. It is saying that my sim has to buy a ring first, so the propose option is greyed out. Any idea how to fix this or ...

Rings are not bought. When a couple gets engaged the ring just appears. Must be a problem with your game, because couples normally can get engaged if they have a romantic connection.
