Which restaurants serve Experimental Cooking?

If I am not playing a restaurant owning sim how can my sim experience eating in a restaurant serving "Experimental Cooking"? Are there specifici restaurants in the Gallery I can download to my neighborhood so that my playable sim can go and buy this food and satisfy their Want? I don't feel like going to all the trouble of buying a restaurant, hiring all the staff, setting up all the menus, etc.

You don't need to own a restaurant. You can set menu and uniforms from build menu. Just download any restaurant from the gallery that serves experimental dishes or you can add them yourself to a restaurant you already have in game. When you visit with your sim order an experimental dish, they have black plates.
