Why can't I buy any houses or lots in The Sims 4 on Xbox one?

I had just bought this game a few days ago. It was working fine the first day or two. Now whenever I get on, it wont let me play. Ill go to create new Sims, but the point where it won't let me go any ...

I hate to say this.. but your in the wrong forum. This forum is only for Plants Vs Zombies Heroes. You need to go back to the menu and select SIMS. There may be a solution in their forum, or you may need to contact EA help ..good luck
