Why did they take out the hybrids in TS4? I had a whole entire world with hybrid

What happened to chance to make hybrids? I had a whole entire save world with hybrids and they all just became human. No more vampire/ alien hybrids. I had just made 2 families that were vamp/mermaid...

@1003811392321 They must have undone that because I have hybrids. I've seen alien/spellcaster, who are blue or green but with magic. I've also seen mermaid/spellcaster, who are either mermaids with magic or spellcasters with mermaid powers. Haven't successfully had any other hybrids.
