Won’t let me resume game
I just bought the new bundle and now it won’t let me open my resume game. I click it and it just loads forever. Tried uninstalling and reinstalling and it’s still not working….really don’t want to have to restart….

cdensieski Please open Documents > Electronic Arts > The Sims 4 and delete any lastexception files you see. Try again to load this save, and when it doesn't work, look for a new lastexception. If you find one, open it (Notepad is fine), copy its text, and paste it into a reply here.
If you don't get an LE, that's also useful information. In that case, please use Load Game to try to load a different household within the same save, preferably one you've never played before. Let me know whether that works.
