Written lyrics don't show up in inventory

Product: The Sims 4
Platform:PC
Which language are you playing the game in? English
How often does the bug occur? Every time (100%)
What is your current game version number? 1.111.102.1030
What expansions, game packs, and stuff packs do you have installed? Most
Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? Have a sim be level 8 in any instrument plus the singing skill. Have them write lyrics for instrument and complete the lyrics.
What happens when the bug occurs? The finished lyrics are not in inventory
What do you expect to see? Correct this issue
Have you installed any customization with the game, e.g. Custom Content or Mods? Not now. I've removed them.
Did this issue appear after a specific patch or change you made to your system? No

Just loaded into the household and checked the mailbox again. Now it appears. I’m not sure what the issue was at first..

@pinoyeon Do they appear on the mailbox to license and on the instrument to play ?

AFAIR, the sheet music itself is only present while you write the song.

No. There’s no option on the mailbox when i get the notification that I can send it off.

Nope. However, I just tried it in a different save. I had a sim make lyrics for the guitar and clicked the mailbox that was on a residential lot and i was able to license it there. But my sims who live in an apartment do not have the option on their mailbox.?
I wonder if that is the issue— that they live in an apartment and not on a residential lot

@pinoyeon Glad it’s working!
If you live in a City Living apartment, it might only show up on “their” mailbox (whichever one the game decides is theirs) and not the rest of the row. I’ve run into similar problems. Did you try all the mailboxes previously, or just click on one?

I definitely clicked on the mailbox my sims “own” because I got more options from it, like apply to university etc etc.
