I just switched from playing sims on my xbox to a computer. is there any way to get all of the packs i bought on my xbox or do i have to pay for all of that again

Sims 4 is not cross platform with packs. You have to buy the packs that you would like, for the particular version that you are playing. You will need to buy the pc version of the packs, to be able to have the packs in your game.
