A list of activities that increase industrial footprint ?
From what I can see you can use certain wallpapers, non-eco water and power generators , generate trash plants , use fire place. What else can I do to up the industrial footprint?

im having trouble getting it to stay polluted too. the idea was to have a family trying to clean up the environment and to have this other sim work on making it trashy. but its easier to remove the pollution then to add it.
