Abandoned Food In The Dorm? [Discover University]

So pretty much every in-game day one of the other sims living in the briny tower at Foxbury brings a big plate of food. There are no kitchens or fridges anywhere on campus so I don't know where it cam...

So what is considered a suitable household environment for a roommate. Sorry off topic. See my sim was pregnant when they invited a person to stay at their house and she claimed the house wasn't up to her standards after I added the toddler in her room. But the house was clean the toddler was just being fussy.
