Adventure Awaits Positive Thoughts Thread

Though still speculation, I believe this is actually a long wanted pack hotel/resort including or may be including water sport activities, spas, hot springs, RVing, camping, etc. I know I have seen a lot of people asking for these things, and though not my top want, I think it is still a positive knowing that a lot of people's check lists will/may get some checks off :)
