Do we know the difference between the two agencies your sim can join?

From the mouseover in Deligracy's gameplay video one agency had "Improved automated reminders, Maximize your time spent working". I do not know what that means, though (that's why I remember the sentence so well, lol, because it's got me so puzzled). The other agency had either more or better gigs as it's benefit.
