Oop, I feel like I should update this now that there's been a patch that basically makes it impossible to have your sim come back pregnant from an alien abduction.
The Tanya Abduction Mod (or called something to that effect) no longer works! However, the MC Command still works fine, and under "occult" it has an option to set the % chance of an abducted sim coming back pregnant. That, in addition to @Hadron1776's abduction cheat make a one-stop shop for alien babies, if that's what anyone needs!
