Has to Pee 1 UN - From orange bladder need.
Really has to Pee 40 UN - From Red bladder need. When expired, Sim will lose bladder and Hygiene will be emptied out, plus a 5 EM moodlet.
Peed Self! 5 EM - From emptied bladder need. Bladder will refill after it is lost.
Secretly Relieved 1 HA - From losing bladder need in the pool. You have to be actively in the pool for it to work. Getting out after getting Very Uncomfortable will cause a Sim to no longer enter the pool, as sims can't enter when very uncomfy. Other sims may react negatively to it.
Bidet Made 1 Ha- Using toilet when sat down has a chance of getting this moodlet, if the toilet has a Bidet upgrade installed. Hygiene will also increase a tiny bit.
So Gross 1 UN - Random when using a public toilet. If your Sim is Neat, then there is a higher chance of getting this moodlet. It will not appear on Slobs.
