Anyone Else Feel Guilty About Changing a Sim's Genetics?

I don't like to change features for any of my legacy sims. Even if they aren't particularly pretty, I like to try and roll with the punches so to speak. Feels more realistic. After all, we can't all be supermodels and I'm not especially interested in em being one anyway. With other random sims though I don't mind tweaking an especially weird feature if necessary.
