Anyone else find it hard to make sims that actually look asian?

I like the asian doll look but I feel like I have to throw the winged eyeliner / whatever its called on all my asian sims to make them look asian. If I take it off or give them any hair colour that is...

Higher cheekbones, flater and slightly wider nose, and slightly slanted eyes with that aren't deepset. Very easy. No need to over-exaggerate any of the features. I've made many attractive asians in my game, both male and female.
