Best graphics card for sims 4, all dlc and future
Can someone help me? A nvidia geforce gtx 1650 ti would be cool to play in ultra? Or should i go for a RTX 2060?

If you only plan to play sims 4 and no more beyond, that graphics card is waaaaaay more than enough to play on ultra. And still it will serve well, even for some newer games. You should NEVER EVER go for an RTX. They are overpriced cards to scam the newest brainless gaming generation and you actually dont need em to play on ultra IN ANY GAME. Unless you plan to use 4k monitor screens.
