best neighborhood to play seasons in?

I'm currently playing in Spring in Newcrest and it looks fine -- it's early spring so it's still a bit cloudy, and this family just experienced their first snow. My other two families are in Windenburg and Brindleton Bay but I haven't played them much yet. (Turned off aging until all my current rotation gets to experience all seasons.)
