The console players would miss out on the new patch if it's holiday content; therefore I think it's something new for the base game.

Star railings being separate for each section/side (to buff up the customizable stairs) would be nice, as would be ladders.
Or... body hair, that would be awesome.

Spiral stairs and bunk beds? The return of Fears accompanied by the Fear emotion? Those would be my choices but I doubt it will be any of that.

Store worlds like Auro Skies and store sets like More Magic or the Mid Century series defined TS3 more than any pack and had more content than 7 TS4 EPs. The closing of the store was one of the fatal flaws of TS4 (the other was the back-to-the 90s re-introduction of closed worlds).
