Buffs or Moodlets

I voted buffs but in truth, they are both. If they were moodlets, in my mind they wouldn't be removable except by the sim. But they deal with the moods and how they are handled/interpreted. I say buffs because the cheat to remove them is "sims.remove_all_buffs" which isn't actually working right now so maybe they ARE moodlets :P
