Bundles Not Working?

Question

I'm trying to create my own bundle to purchase, but it seems there are only preselected bundles to choose from. In the EA App I've tried to go into "customize bundle" but it comes back with "We had some trouble loading this content. Try again later".

Is this a bug with the EA App? Is anyone else having this issue, or able to customize bundles another way?

The EA App has been overloaded since yesterday, though I've seen people say it's improving. You really might just need to try again.

This also depends on which packs you already own, there is a thread on AHQ here that goes into the various eligibility criteria for bundling.
