Butler Improvements - Ideas

Imagine the stories we could tell by being able to change our butler's life state and outfit to our needs, or even how many we can have. Maybe an old witch having a ghost butler, a normal family having a witch butler dressed more like Mary Poppins, a Villain having its butler to wear a disguise. PlantSim butlers for a crazy botanist... I think there's a huge gameplay opportunity lost here. What do you guys think? What other things you'd like to change about butlers?
