Im glad someone posted that picture with the lot sizes, it's very helpful. Hopefully the neighbourhood map represents their positioning well, it can be difficult to tell if they are 30x20 width or length, for example.
It is really hard to tell from the picture but if I had to guess, I would say the 30x20 is 30 side to side (wide) and 20 tall (length). I really wish they were all the same. Like Realm of Magic lots are wider and Newcrest lots are just the opposite. Makes it hard to plan out builds. I like Newcrest lots better because you have more of a back yard. And really they should say they are 20x30 versus 30x20 then you would know if they are wider or narrower.
All that being said, I think I am going to build on a 40x30 lot and then plan to put it on one of the 50x40 lots. That way I will have room.
Yes, I like the idea of 30x20 and 20x30 as well. Would be much easier when downloading a lot from the gallery.
I’m thinking of getting a 50x40 lot or possibly the 40x30 for the family I first want to move there. Probably the 50x40 because besides at least a chicken coop, and 2 animal sheds I also want a green house, some of those giant crops, an orchard of tree’s and a fishing pond. And I believe I will either make a 2 story 2 bedroom for them, download a house from the gallery, or transfer the house they are living in now in Brindleton Bay to Henford. It’s on a 20x15 lot with a small greenhouse. But, the family doesn’t have a great deal of money so I may have to start small and add as I go as I don’t really want to cheat with them….Maybe I can build up some funds in the next couple of weeks before moving them.
