Can Parenthood Control Or Suppress Traits Of Teens and Child?
Can parenting skill in Parenthood game pack control or suppress some traits of teens and child like mean, hot headed, lazy or erratic?

It think it interacts, but doesn't completely negate. As @icmnfrsh said, good emotional control can help handle negative emotions, channeling them into doing other things and getting over them faster. On the other hand, I had a sim who's final trait when they aged up to adult was mean, but they'd already earned the empathetic trait. So basically, they want to be mean, they act mean, they enjoy being mean...but then they also feel really bad about it (embarrassed and tense). It's pretty hilarious.
