Can't find option to hack work performance.

My sim has programming skill level 10 and she was level 10 tech guru but I can't find the option to hack work performance. I even changed careers to criminal to see if the option would show up but it ...

It's not a bug. You have to level up the programming skill to be able to hack it. Necro'd thread. I know.

Never mind, I read the post more closely and realized you were at level 10 programming. Must be a bug.
