Cats constantly on top of hamster cage

Question

Anyone else notice this?Every cat I have spends all their time on top of the hamster cage. They no longer eat by themselves - a sim has to call them to eat every time they're hungry. Also they can't be bothered to direct themselves to their litter box and they don't bother at all playing with their toys!I know it was said that cats and dogs will spend time around the hamsters but this is ridiculous! can the devs turn it down a bit? @SimGuruGraham  ?

In the meantime, you could try locking the cat out of the room where the hamster cage is as a temporary fix.

I might give it a try, thanks. :) I've got this issue in a few households, and depending on the layout of the house in relation to the location of the cage it should be doable, at least in some of the households.
