CC Clothes Looks Perfect in CAS but Blurry When Actually Playing The Game?

I have noticed that Sims looks much more detailed and clearer in CAS but look less detailed and more blurry in the world. For instance, I played the game on a low end laptop and the Sims looked really great and clear in CAS and when I went to play them, they were much less clear and way more blurry. I just think that is what the game is like
