City cleaner

After playing the same save file for a while. I find city neighbor littered in food and drink all over the place ! Is there a way to clean up all these unwanted items ?? I have mc command but I couldn’t figure how to delete all these items :(

    So the raccoon messes up the city and there is no cleaning service tidying it up ?

    City can't afford it just like they can't afford a proper police force or fire department. ;)

    In my game the raccoons clean up in San Myshuno at night.


    I don't know. I had one of those raccoons dig in a trash can and leave a mess behind.

    Just give me a street sweeper - random townie with a push broom (since Sims can't drive) - and I'd be happy.
