Clear All Traits

I downloaded an interesting-looking Sim from the Gallery. After I spent a lot of time customizing her and her house, I discovered that she came with about ten hidden traits. Are there any cheats that still work to remove all of that? She also came as a five-star celebrity. I was able to bring her down to three stars, but I would like to remove her fame altogether. Is there a way that still works for that? I've tried several ideas I found online, but none solved these issues. Thanks!

    I tried this too, and it didn't seem to work. Do I need to include the Sim's name or ID number or anything? I tried it both plain, and with the ID number at the end of the command.
