I think I've already done so on accident? Long story short, I went to a sim's house and killed him (it's a really long story), he no longer owned it, so I thought it'd be neat if I made the lot generic so anyone could temporarily "live" and eat and sleep in it, then I gave it clothing optional for funsies and now my sim and her paramours are all just hanging out in the buff, living and sinning and carrying on. It's been quite entertaining to watch :D
I have a bar with other entertainments that I converted from a house. Was rather fun to do that.
